You can generally apply to lift your gambling ban in Swiss and Liechtenstein casinos at any time. For this, you need a written request to the casino that imposed the gambling ban.
If you can prove that the reason for the gambling ban no longer exists, it will be lifted (Art. 81 Gambling Act). Voluntary gambling bans can be lifted no earlier than after three months (Art. 84 Gambling Ordinance).
