Sometimes a bonus is declined by mistake or on purpose. Whether you can receive it again depends on the situation:

• Declined directly in the pop-up:
  If you decline the bonus right away in the pop-up, you can usually get it back within one day, as long as the promotion is still valid. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.

• Declined later or after using it:
  If the bonus was declined some time ago, if you already played with it, or if it was cancelled due to a withdrawal, we unfortunately cannot credit it again.
