To end your self-exclusion early, you need to fill out a Player Protection form. In this form, you will answer questions about your personal and financial situation as well as your gaming behavior.
Steps to follow: Contact our chatbot Ace and send the message "I want to end my gambling break". The chatbot will guide you through the process and provide the form.
Once the form is submitted, it may take up to 72 hours for our Player Protection team to review your information and make a decision. Please note that a gaming break cannot always be ended prematurely for player protection reasons.
