Your account may be closed for various reasons. Below are the most common reasons why your account might be inaccessible:
Entered the wrong password too many times
If the wrong password is entered multiple times, your account will be locked for security reasons. Please use the Forgot Password function to create a new password.
Provisional account not verified
If your account was created as provisional and you didn’t verify it within the required time frame, it will be automatically closed. Please contact our Customer Support to resolve this issue.
Last login over two years ago
According to our policies, an account is closed if it hasn’t been accessed for more than two years. Contact our Customer Support to reactivate your account.
Multiple accounts created
Creating multiple accounts is not allowed. If it’s determined that you have more than one account, the additional accounts will be closed. Please use only your original account.
Nationwide self-exclusion
