Whether your account can be reopened depends on the reason it was closed:

Voluntarily Closed or Inactive Accounts
If you closed your account on your own or it was deactivated due to inactivity (no login for 2 years), you can reopen it at any time. Simply contact our Customer Support. -
Nationwide Gambling Exclusion
If your account was closed due to a nationwide gambling exclusion in Switzerland, it can only be reopened once the exclusion is lifted.
