To verify your account, we require the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity

To confirm your identity, we accept one of the following valid documents:

• Passport
• ID card
• Swiss driving license
• Swiss residence permit

2. Proof of Residence

If our system cannot automatically detect your address, we require proof of residence. The document must not be older than 3 months and may include:

• Document of a Swiss bank or postal account
• Health insurance document
• Utility bill (e.g., electricity, gas, or water)
• Internet bill (not mobile) or Serafe bill
• Pay slip or rental agreement
• Residence confirmation, debt register extract, or municipal tax statement

For a C/O address, only confirmations of residence from the municipality or an address in the identification document will be accepted.

How to Upload Your Documents

Go to My Account > Account Verification to upload the required documents and check the status of your verification.

Verification Time

The verification process typically takes no longer than 10 minutes. If a document does not meet our requirements, we will notify you promptly.
