To request a withdrawal of your funds, the following requirements must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified. This means all required documents for identity and residence verification have been submitted and successfully reviewed.
• We only process withdrawals to a Swiss bank or post account registered in your name. Please ensure your account details are correct to avoid delays.

You can withdraw your balance under Cashier > Withdrawal.

⚠️ For withdrawal amounts up to CHF 100, a processing fee of CHF 5 applies. Withdrawals over CHF 100 are free of charge.
