If you deposit or withdraw a high amount within 24 hours, we are legally required to verify your bank details (according to anti-money laundering regulations).

You can upload the required  document under My account > Account verification. The uploaded document must contain the following information:

• Date: The document must not be older than 3 months.
• Full Name: The name must match the name registered in your player account.
• IBAN Number: Your full IBAN must be clearly visible.
• Bank Name and Logo: The name and logo of your bank must be included.

These details are typically available on a bank statement. It is permitted to redact the amounts listed on the statement.
