After we have reviewed and approved your withdrawal request, the amount is generally credited within one business day for a regular withdrawal. Please note that regular withdrawals are processed only on business days. No withdrawals are processed on weekends or public holidays. In some cases, processing may take up to 5 business days.
We now also offer Instant Withdrawals. These cost CHF 2.– per withdrawal. Instant Withdrawals must also first be reviewed and approved by us. After approval, the withdrawal is generally processed within a few minutes, including on weekends and public holidays.
If the recipient's information does not match the details in your player account, the amount will be credited back to your player account. You can then submit a new withdrawal request with the correct information.
