After we have reviewed and approved your withdrawal request, the amount is usually credited within one business day. However, in some cases, the processing time can take up to 5 business days.

We now also offer Instant Withdrawals. These cost CHF 2.– per withdrawal. Please note that Instant Withdrawals must also first be reviewed and approved by us. The payout is then usually processed within a few minutes.

If the recipient's details do not match the information in your player account, the amount will be credited back to your player account. You can then submit a new withdrawal request with the correct details.
